    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=24932">orlanda</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10138<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 23:03<br /><br />pozdrav<br />Mimi dobar ti je jelovnik, ja isto jedem 6 puta dnevno<br />ujutro tost s medom kava nes<br />marenda vocka ili jogo, ili banana<br />rucak brojim kalorije, ne jedem nista sto u jednoj namirnici ima  preko 400 kcal,nastojim da rucak ne predje 700<br />popodne vocka<br />kava<br />lagana vecera<br />u 10 navecer jabuka<br />pocela sam s dijetom 10,veljace, do danas sam skinula 8 kg<br />pjesacim svaki dan od 6 do 8 km i popodne radim s milje s Leslie Sansone i 3 kg mjesecno idu dolje<br />Treba samo svakodnevno gibanje, ili teretana ili bilo sto drugo<br />kad se pokrene metabolizam ide dolje<br />Ne drzim nikakvu dijetu i nisam gladna<br /><br />samo znam da nikad vise u pizzeriji necu pojesti cijelu pizzu 1200 kcal]]>

   <title>Što radim krivo :((??? : Dakle, krenula sam sa Focusom...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=25261">mimi051</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10138<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 16:50<br /><br />Dakle, krenula sam sa Focusom T25, odradila sam prvu fazu, alfa, prehrane sam se drzala dosta dobro, bez sokova, čokolada, općenito sve što sam pročitala da treba izbacit!!<br /><br />Otprilike moj jelovnik je izgledao ovako:<br /><br />8.00-9.00 Kajgana od 2 jaja (povremeno šparoge)+ voćka<br />10.00-11.00 Porcija svježeg sira (150g,mozda 200g sve nekako od oka)+banana<br />12.00-13.00 Pileći ili pureći file 200g+riza ili kuhani krompir ili neki prilog od povrća<br />15.00-16.00 voće ili svježi sir+ orašasti<br />18.00 trening + whey<br />19.00 Opet piletina ili puretina + zdjela salate<br />Kasnije ako ogladnim opet svježi sir <br /><br />Smatram da sam napredovala minimalno, mogu postat slike pa da sami procjenite da li dramim ili negdje griješim... <br />Htjela bih skinuti masne naslage sa trbuha, ima ih...<br />Sto se tiče mišića, oooooo da, narasle su mi ruke, trbušne osjećam, noge su mi tvrde, ali masne naslage ne idu čaaaaaa, šmrc :(]]>
