Imam dobro oblikovane trbusnjake, al dvije gornje "plocice" su mi puno manje od ostalih, znam da je to mozda normalno ali vidio sam ljude u kojih su sve plocice skoro iste velicine. Pa me zanima kako ih mogu povecati, prehranom ili vjezbanjem (kojim vjezbama). Unaprijed se zahvaljujem!!! ]]>
