    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=733">marina1203</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1010<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2008 at 15:38<br /><br /><P>Htjela bih smrsaviti i ucvtstiti tijelo...Tek sam pocela sa pilatesom, zapravo sam imala veliku pauzu, od par mjeseci ne&nbsp;vjezbanja, pa sam ponovno pocela...Istovremeno sam&nbsp;pocela vjezbati na kucnim biciklu, da li je pola sata 3 puta tjedno dovoljno, uz to da vjezbam pilates 3-4 puta tjedno po pola sata (DVD)?Mogu li smrsaviti od te kombinacije pilates plus bicikl....????Pokusavam cim vise paziti na prehranu...</P>]]>
