    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=25557">Tea12</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10067<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2015 at 14:08<br /><br />Pozdrav svima!<br />Citam vas i pratim neko vrijeme i upojam sve!Naime,visoka sam 175 i imam 84kg i odlucila sam da je vrijeme za promjenu prehrane i za skinut koju kilu!<br />Danas mi je treci dan i ovak otprilike izgleda moj jelovnik:<br />D: zobene pahuljice sa jogurtom<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Kava i zeleni caj<br />M: jabuka ili jogurt<br />R: piletina sa zelenom salatom i snjita kruha od integralne heljde(pecem ga doma)<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ili varivo bez kruha sa salatom<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ili rizoto sa piletinom (integralna riza)<br />Popodne kava<br />V: pureca prsa sa zrnatim<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ili jogurt<br />Ili tuna sa salatom<br /><br />I pokusavam popit bar 2 litre vode dnevno...s tim oduvijek imam problem jer nikad nisam pila bas previse vode!<br /><br />Otprilike tako izgleda jelovnik,da li je prihvatljiv?<br />Jos bi trebala pocet vje**t al cekam da klinci ozdrave pa cu krenut u teretanu!<br /><br />Pozzz svima i nadam se da cu javit dobre rezultate!]]>
