    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=25398">Sara-malbona</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10060<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2015 at 15:56<br /><br />Pozdrav evo opet mene :D Koristim origano chilly curry :D i jednostavno uzivam u zdravoj hrani ...mogu vam reci da poslije 10-tak dana uopste nemam zelje za hamburgerom ili bilo kojom vrstom junk fooda-izgubila sam oko 3kg za 10tak dana ..ja sam zadovoljna:) Medjutim moram da priznam da nisam nikad jela smedju rizu,i tako odlucim juce da kupim 1kg i narednih 7 dana jedem samo rizu tj da je kombinujem sa povrcem ili piletinom,al glavni sastojak da mi bude smedja riza..Medjutim smedja riza mi je pre pre preslatka :O ni chilli niti sta mi ne pomaze da ubijem taj ukus :( Da li znate neki sos ili nesto koji bih mogla da napravim jer ja nez ko koga jede..ILI JA RIZU ili ona MENE :D&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Kako bih smrsala odlucila sam da jedem rizu,pileci file, pasulj,tunjevinu, medjutim prijateljice mi govore kako moja ishrana nema efekta ukoliko ne izostavim zacine..ja licno obozavam sve zacine i ne volim jesti nako bljutavo, pa me zanima da li mogu koristi barem tucanu chili papriku???? Ili moram nastaviti jesti onako bljutavo.I da li mogu jesti krompir za obrok..ili ce on uticati na proces mog mrsavljenja:) Veliki pozdrav]]>
