Iako ga najviše pogađaš izvodeci teške vježbe (osnovne) tipa cucanj, mrtvo dizanje, dipsevi, zgibovi, veslanja, potisci itd.<br>]]>

Punjenje/pražnjenje sam probao, ali nije bilo efekta. Bilo je razlicitih kombinacija, svih mogucih varijacija. 20kg u š0mj, s tim da nema viška kože i strije su se povukle, nisu toliko izražene.<br><br>još jedna stvar. Još kada krenu predavanja, ovo ce pravilo postati zlatno, ne samo zbog predavanja, vec i zbog toga što pokušavam odraditi što je moguce više toga u jednom treningu - zadnjih tjedana to su 3, max 4 treninga tjedno.<br>I da, nije masa u pitanju ako radim "samo" 3 x tjedno <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
