da li je netko prakticirao njegove vježbe?

Nisam prakticirao njegove vježbe, to su klasične bodyweight vježbe već stotinama godina. čitao njrgovu knjigu, programe, možeš nešto mijenjat, dodavat, modficirati. ako si početnik, probaj sebi prilagoditi program i imat češ dobre rezultate.Marketinški dio zaboravi, ali je dobar trener.

krenuo sam sa njegovim programom, ajme ajme, jedva sam izdržao kroz treninge, veoma zahtjevne i naporne vježbe, to mi se sviđa ali stvarno vidim da će mi trebati vremena da ovo savladam kako treba i odredim svoj ritam jer njega je naravno nemoguće pratit.
ne sviđa mi se jedino kad je vježba na temelju sekundi pa koliko napraviš u to vrijeme, nekako mi je draže sam odrediti broj ponavljanja koliko mogu
