eh, krenuo sam sa protein shakeom nakon treninga.. pa me ponijelo
onda kreatin, nakon treninga - 5 g, 
glutamin, nekoliko puta dnevno, sve ukupno 20 tak grama
L carnitine caps, dvije prije treninga
double effesct caps, 2 prije i 1 poslije treninga
whey, do 3 x tokom dana, 
nakon treninga shake 55g
1 vitaminska tableta

sve od multipowera
jel to ok?

skužio sam da mi fali i riblje ulje, odoh do apoteke!
