Ajmo ljudi podjelite jedni s drugima koju muziku preferirate za vrijeme treninga...
...što vas motivira, od cega vas pukne adrenalin..... od cega se naježite da vam se digne kosa na glavi pa vam pokvari frizuru... šta vam da snage da napravite ona zadnja dva ponavljanja koja ni u snu nebi mogli... ------------- Obsessed is a word that lazy people use to describe the dedicated! |

Sebastian96, nice, nije tip muzike koji ja slušan ali svi?a mi se, ja svoje najjace adute još nisam otkria,.. malo po malo 
Za one koji neznaju a htijeli bi postavit pjesmu(video) evo nacina: [TUBElink pjesme[/TUBE]....npr. link pjesme je... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEYxOPtQqWw...... mi cemo ga copirat i smjestit medu [TUBE.......[/TUBE] Namjerno nisam stavia ] zagradu nakon prvog TUBE-a da bi mogli pregledno procitat, ali ] zagrada inace ide naravno. ------------- Obsessed is a word that lazy people use to describe the dedicated! |

..ja sam jedna od onih koja meditira prije sljedece serije dok mi decko lupa glavom u šipku...savršen spoj Inace, nikad ne slušam muziku dok treniram jer je uvijek dobra ekipa, odlicna atmosfera i propustila bi štošta da se iskljucim...zato me do gyma prati muzika koja me smiri i spremi za lifting...jedna od je ova, pogotovo pocetak.....ima mi nešto u tom pocetku  ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_zueU_ygEw - .......ah, bit ce sutra dobar DL, feel it :) ------------- "To lead the orchestra, you have to turn your back on the crowd."
