Pozdrav ekipa...

planiram se pokrenuti... i sad se ne mogu odluciti sto da upisem.. sto vise citam to manje znam sto zelim. Definitivno crobic mi je najzanimljiviji... ali vaznije od toga je da zelim skinuti kile.. tj njih š5!    
Za teretanu mislim da ce mi biti premonotona.. dosadna..
molim Vas vase misljenje.. :) sto ce mi, sto ce mi dati bolje rezultate?

Kombiniraj što više kardia sa 2 treninga s utezima. I jaaako puno se kreci! Wink

ja san krenila na aerobik,i sad cu kombinirat trcanje i aerobik. i mogu rec da je jako naporno kad si izvan kondicije i nikakav.al kasnije postanes ovisan :D

Hello team ... I plan to run ... and I can not decide what to type .. The more I read the less I know what I want. Definitely crobic me is the most interesting ... but more important than that is that I want to download a hernia .. ie S5 them!     In the gym I think it will be my premonotona .. boring .. please your opinion .. :) that will let me, which will give me better results? Tnx !!!
