Imam 75kg š80cm.
Posto od februara planiram da krenem u teretenu, da li je
bolje da prvo dodjem vezbanjem i kalorijskim deficitom do
niskog bf pa onda clean bulk? Il Prvo masa a onda defka?

A cuj... pošto je zima.. bolje kreni na bulk... osnovne vježbe 3 - 4 puta tjedno, puno hrane i to je to.. kasnije ceš se izdefinirati
