Ta tema je malo kompliciranija od toga, ali da su ljudi užasno blesavi s tim dijetama, jesu

Vjeruj da se slažem s tobom, ali nekad je ljudima lakše pridržavati se napisanog nego sami razmišljati o tome.
Sjeti se samo pocetaka treniranja - natežeš tamo sprave bez nekog reda i smisla i sve ti je teško, a onda dođeš do nekog plana treniranja i sve ti se nekako cini jednostavnije.
Uvijek sam pobornik onoga "stavi na papir".
