Ajme, ovaj nacin vježbanja je savršen! Ima li itko iskustva s njim? Ja sam se preporodila kad sam ga otkrila

ma ja sam na youtube preletila malo...a ono, koliko sam uspjela vidit, klasicne vježbice sa malim utezima...iskoraci, stepovi...

da.. i ja baš gledam, no zanimljivo.. ima i to mjesta u trening programu

Nije to izazov.. treba neki pravi trening koji ce izvuci iz nas 200%

ponovit cu, sve ima svoje mjesto i vrijeme.. tako se i ovaj trening može raditi između tih 200% -nih

I to sto kazes.. treba odradit i koji lagani trening.. ili si odredit nakon nekih 2mj da se odradi tjedan dana relaksirajuceg treninga..

eh, moram vas razocarati- maya radi po nivoima! tako da ako vidi da možeš napraviti 50 sklekova, 50 trbušnjaka, 50 cucnjeva- za vas ce napraviti puno više ponavljanja i serija, puno teže stvari cete raditi i ostalo... ja sam teška pocetnica tako da meni daje lagane vježbe, a opet me na kraju uspije oznojiti.
s tim da odmah na pocetku imate meni koji birate što želite vježbati taj dan:
-upper body
-core body
-lower body
-flexibility
-weight loss
-cardio
predobra mi je

i pita vas koje sve stvarcice doma imate (stepper, utege, pilates loptu...)
