Samo sređena prehrana i vježba ce biti dosta, ne brini, ima i korisnijih stvari na koje se mogu potrošiti novci  Imaš FAQ u podforumu prehrana i vježbe, to procitaj, i pitaj onda ako ti išta nije jasno ------------- Muscle mass does not always equal strength. FITovci su ti vec dobro odgovorili.  Procitaj FAQove naše, primi se vježbanja + pravilne prehrane i odbaci tablete.
