Pozdrav,
Zanima me nešto više o aminokiselinama,za koga su namjenjene,kako rade i sve što vi strucnjaci znate o tome...
Inace treniram nogomet i dobio sam savjete da su aminokiseline najbolje za nogometaše i naše treninge??
možda je nejasno pitanje i post ali vi iskusniji forumaši cete skužit što me zanima...

Aminokiseline su sastavni djelovi proteina ( š00+ aminokisleina tvori protein).. znaci svi proteini se sastoje od aminokiselina, tako da ih unosiš uvjek kad jedeš proteine... kad se prodaju odvojeno, najcešce su to 3 aminokiseline koje su posebno poznate po anabolickim ucincima i sprijecavanju propadanja mišica a to su BCAA iliti iso-leucin, leucin i valin! Ako ne unosiš dovoljno proteina iz hrane ima ih smisla korsiti, no uzmi u obzir da ti je možda bolje uzeti whey protein u cijoj mjerici od 25 grama proteina bude 4- 5 grama baš ti aminokiselina plus 20 gram drugih isto korisnih

aha,znaci u svakom slucaju je bolji whey od tih aminokiselina...i nema nekih razilka u korištenju s obzirom na treninge i sport??? hvala na odgovoru...

Nema nikakvih razlika, slobodno popij whey i glukozu nakon treninga

razlka je jedino u tome sta se, upravo zbog toga sta su aminoiselina manji sastavni dijelovi proteina, brze apsorbiraju...

Slazem se u vezi obicnih obroka, al ovdje
ipak govorimo o dodatcima toj obicnoj
prehrani... ;)
inace se aminokiseline preporucaju osobama
koje imaju visokointenzivan trening a ako se
ne varam decko je rekao da trenira nogomet
a kako sam i sam nekad trenirao nogomet
znam da treninzi znaju biti intenzvni...ja
mislim da ih nije lose uzimati ak imas viska
novca( ja ih ponekad uzimam )
, al nisu nužni...

Tijekom visoko intenzivnih treninga su dobar izvor energije, da.
U biti sve što si rekao stoji, tako da, slažemo se :)
