    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19267">luu</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9997<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2015 at 14:34<br /><br />Pozdrav,<br />molim da me savjtujete sto dalje ?<br />Prije pola godine sam krenila sa programom 4x tjedno vježbe s bucicama kruzni trening ponavljanje 3x i 2 dana brzo hodanje 1h ...prehrana cilkliranje uh <br />1. dan 100g uh<br />2. dan 50 g uh<br />3. dan 0 <br />4.dan 100 <br />5.dan 50 <br />6.dan 0<br />7. dan low uh, 1 cheat obrok i odmor<br /><br />tako sam vjezbala 3 mjeseca izgubila 10cm u struku, 4 u bokovima 5-6kg :) <br />Nakon sto sam dobila relativno zeljene rezultate stala sam sa svime ,s tim da sam i dalje vise manje pazila na prehranu.<br />Kroz iduca 3 mjeseca sam vratila te 4,5 kg,,ali cm su ostali isti :)<br /><br />Sada sam ponovo pocela s istim programom prehrane i treninga,,no promjena nema,, ni u kilaži ni u cm... ali vidi se da mi se forma vec mjenja...neznam da li da nastavim s istim principom ili da nesto mjenjam..<br />Hvaaaalaaa  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
