Koliko vremenski prije treninga, tj. trčanja je najbolje popiti shake? S vremenom planiram krenuti i na trening baš, ne samo kardio..&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Hvala unaprijed ;)</div><div><br></div>]]>
