Prije bih odradila 2-3x treninga snage + 2 HIIT-a ako već treba, ostalo kroz hranu i dodatne aktivnosti nižeg intenziteta ako treba radit deficit...</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22439">smoki1985</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9990<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2015 at 10:44<br /><br />Bok ekipo.Evo nakon šta sam posložio prehranu prema vašim savjetima (usput hvala svima na dobrim savjetima) <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> sad me zanima kakav trening koristit uz prehranu.<br />Probao sam insanity,doduše prošle godine bez pravilne prehrane i izgubio 7kg(dok sam trenirao izbacio sam slatko i kruh),probao sam u ova 2 tjedna kombinirat insanity i fitnessblender videa sa youtubea sa jednim treningom tjedno sa svojom težinom(iskorak sa bučicama od 5kg,sklekovi,čučanj,plank).<br />Dali će otići puno mišićne mase ako bi radio 1x tjedno takav trening + 3-4x tjedno HIT?]]>
