   <title>Glutamin : Popijem nekih 10g glutamina tijekom...</title>

Bio je na akciji pa sam uzeo kilogram, no glavni razlog što sam ga uzeo je što je s okusom pa da imam neki sok bez šećera za pit tijekom treninga. U zadnjih godinu dana sam probao dosta suplemenata, glutamin mi je u kategoriji onih bez mjerljivog efekta. S oporavkom nemam problema uzimao glutamin ili ne, radim 6 treninga tjedno.<br><br>Beta alanin, taurin i AAKG su mi puno pomogli u periodu kad sam bio van forme. Trenutno radim na smanjivanju liste suplemenata, tako da dugoročno planiram samo whey i bulbine natalensis.<br>]]>

Ako je budget ogranicen onda je whey uvijek na prvom mjestu. <br /><br />Iz mojeg iskustva, ja glutamin baš osjetim. Ne mislim da ga popijem i osjetim odmah, već ga osjetim kad ga redovito pijem. Oporavak je zaista puno brži. <br />]]>
