Podebljala sam kardio i treninge snage i trbuh se malo smanjio, osjećam se manje napuhnuto :)]]>

Swing- 30sec rada, 15 odmora, početnik sam pa s 8 kg radim, ali mi je swing i deadlift postao prelagan s 8 kg<br />]]>
