Ako je raženi još bolje - oni "crni"/"raženi"/"integralni" što ih prodaju po pekarama su doslovno varanje! Nema tu tamnog brašna, samo tamna boja, ali opet svaka cast izuzecima, odnosno pekarama koje prave kvalitetan kruh no ja do sada nisam naišao na takvu.<br><br>Ako je domaci, i napravljen od integralnog/raženog brašna super! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Mlijeko ili voda - ovisi o tebi. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Prije svega, pohvalno je što i sama shvacaš važnost oporavka iza bilo koje aktivnosti, pa tako i trcanja. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>No ipak, neke osnove postoje. Iza vježbanja (pretpostavljam da misliš na ancrobni trening - trening) poželjno je unijeti jednostavne ugljikohidrate kao i proteine - najcešca kombinacija je popularna dekstroza iz dm-a (traubenzucker) i nekakav whey protein (imaš po trgovinama suplementima). Naravno, obrok iza trening može biti i "normalna" hrana, primjerice suhe grožđice i bjelanjci.<br><br>Nešto je drukcija situacija s trcanjem (odnosno crobnim treningom) - ovisno o tome koji ti je cilj - ako je definicija vjerojatno ceš iza trcanja uzeti ili složene ugljikohidrate + proteine ili (za naprednije) kvalitetne masti + proteine. Bilo kako cilj je nakon crobne aktivnosti ostaviti proces trošenja masti netaknut, odnosno unošenjem jednostavnih U doci ce do zatvaranja tog procesa, tj. nešto slabijeg iskorištavanja masti.<br>]]>
