A otkucaji jednom su bili 140.. Pa su i mislili da je povezano s lijekovima koje uzimam.. ali uglavnom na kraju samo strah, vjerojatno je tako i tebi tako da mislim da ne bi trebala panicariti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by never-give-up - 26&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2014 at 18:34</span>]]>

Nije ti ništa, 99% sam uvjeren da je to samo anksioznost zbog pregleda.Čisto radi sebe provjeri to koji put. Da baš i ne treniraš radi toga big deal, sredit ce se. <br>]]>

Naravno to je trenutno stanje u aktivnosti, dok po prekidu se vrlo brzo vraca u normalu.s obzirom da si mlada i koliko sam skuzio radilo se o samo jednom mjerenju vjerovatno je stvar u strahu, tzv bolest bijele kute :). U svakom slucaju provjeri to jos koji puta jer ako ti je zaista tlak povisen i ono nije bila iznimka , ova stotka kod dijastolickog tlaka bi se trebala rijesavati i tada nije bas preporuka da treniras]]>

Zadnji put kad mi je doktor mjerio bio mi je 140/100, malo čudne brojke,s tim da sam bila malo uzj**ana jer sam išla vadit krv nakon toga pa vjerojatno ima i to veze haha. Uglavnom nisam dobila nikakvu terapiju, pošto sam imala 17 godina. Od tad sam dosta smršavila i malo vratila, sad se pokušavam "vratit na stazu",idem u teretanu, par kila je već dolje. Nekako me ovo kopa, pa ako netko zna nešto o tome, molim vas, pišite :D ]]>
