   <title>Gornji dio prsa : Javio sam se jednom ovdje i dobio...</title>

Prsa mi nisu razvijena u gornjem dijelu, a u donjem dijelu jesu, pa na kraju ispadnu kao objesene mada nemam neki znacajan visak kilaze. Koje tacno vjezbe raditi? Znam ono osnovno: kosi benc, razvlacenje bucicama pod nagibom ili kako se vec zove, incline :). Ima li jos nesto sto bi mi mogli savjetovati? Metta, mogo bi ti odgovoriti takodjer :D. <br>P.S. Ono za kilaze sto nisam ranije htio podizati na benchu zbog futsala, to sam promijenio. U serijama radim maksimalno 80 kg i mislim da ne trebam vise od toga. Npr. na bencu krenem sa 60 kg jednu seriju, drugu seriju 70, 3.,4.,5. 80 kg. I odem na kosi benc, pa na kontrakosi, pa radim s bucicama. Kontam da se vise koncentrisem na kosi benc i razvlacenja bucicama kako bih ispravio izgled prsa. Nikome ne trebaju "male boobs" :))). Radim i sklekove kod kuce. Pozz svima<br>]]>
