Odnosno jeste li uopće razmatrale sve moguće uzroke povišenih masnoća?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div></td></tr></table> <br><br><br>Ne kuzim sta fali.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br><br>Nisam.pricala sa doktoricom jer su ovo otkrili kad su mi radili nalaze prije gastroskopije...</td></tr></table><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Fali ti neki izvor proteina u doručku (izostavljam orahe koje bi btw isto smanjila na pola), međubroke bih malo smanjila (maknula bananu i smanjila orašaste), a u večeri fale neka vlakna i masti.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Ja bih malo provjerila povezanost te kontracepcije i povišenih masnoća....neki radi toga mijenjaju kontracepciju. Nisam stručnjak, samo naglašavam jer nije dobro da ti je ovo stalno povišeno. A zbog prehrane sumnjam da je. Ima li ti netko u obitelji problema sa masnoćama?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
