    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9858<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2014 at 16:13<br /><br />Danas sam krenuo radit svoj trening tj. rdl sa sipkom i bodyweight,vjezbam inace upecenjari tj. na otvorenom sam,do sad je bilo sve ok ali danas je bilo prehladno i vjetar je puhao da nisam mogao izdrzati bit vani...sada mi je jedina opcija da treniram u garazi ali tamo sam jako ogranicen prostorom i nemam  sipku za zgibove tako da ovaj bodyweight program ne mogu vise pratit...jel ima tko kakvu ideju sta da sad radim posto sam uskracen za zgibove i bw veslanja i hang leg raises...inace od opreme imam olimpijsku sipku i 2 male olimpijske sipke,to su one kao bucice...cilj mi je gubitak masti pa mislim da bi mi i 2 treninga snage tjedna bila ok...posto je garaza uvijek puna auta htio bi da sto manje budem u njoj da ne moram stalno preparkiravat...]]>
