Profil masnih kiselina u ovčjem i kozjem je superioran kravljem, više triglicerida srednjeg lanca, masnih kiselina kratkog lanca. i bolji omjer omega3-omega6. Koze i ovce vjerojatno imaju i kvalitetniju ispašu jer ta proizvodnja nije toliko industrijalizirana, pa je sigurno i manje toksina, hormona i svih ostalih začina moderne poljoprivrede.<br><br>Ukratko, bilo koji sir od kozjeg ili ovčjeg mlijeka je za koplje ispred ekvivalentnog sira od kravljeg mlijeka. A ako je riječ o domaćim proizvodima, budi sretna što ti je takav luksuz raspoloživ.<br>]]>
