Ako već imaš želju kvalitetno jesti onda prouči malo tu po forumu. Možeš od doma nositi nekakav kvalitetan sendvič. Iako mlad si, samo 13 godina, nemoj se zamarati baš. Jedi doma dosta mesa, ribe, kuhanog svega, jaja, sira..]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22244">Jorga</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9846<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2014 at 21:42<br /><br />E ovako: Odlucio sam da pocnem trenirati pa za pocetak bi mi trebao neki plan,znate ono: Pon-ledja,Uto-odmor,....pa ako nije problem da sastavite neki plan imam 13 god 51kg i 168cm treniram fudbal i treninge imam u prosjeku svaki 3. dan. Dalje ishrana,skola mi nije bog zna kakva pa je i pekara losa a na raspolaganju imam lisnata sa evrkoremom,dzemom,visnjom,sirom i salamom,virslom i sendvic pa sta bi od toga bilo najzdravije i najbolje da jedem. Naravno pored pekare je i manja trgovina pa... Ako nije problem da date link nekih vjezbi koje da radim (uz plan npr, Pon-grudi = sklekovi!!<br />Ako nije problem da mi pomognete  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  HVALA]]>
