Mogao si barem napisati koji proizvođac...<br>Pretpostavljam da je weiderov cetverokomponentni - za ujutro ok, ali iza treninga ne toliko. Skrati si muke, uštedi novac i uzmi "obicni" whey.<br><br><br>Multivitamini-minerali, glukoza, whey protein, c vitamin, tablete guarane ako vec želiš nešto prije treninga (umjesto l-karnitina), kvalitetna ulja itd itd...uloži u ovakve potrebnije stvari.<br>]]>
