Složi si normalan obrok i to je to. Meso, jaja, riba...samo s tim ima dosta kombinacija. Iskoristi i malo biljnih proteina - mahunarke, orašaste pa imaš amaranth, quinou.....ne zamaraj se previše periodom nakon treninga kao da je to najbitnije, jedi kvalitetno cijeli dan i dobro treniraj i bit će ok.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Što se wheya tiče... probaj konoplju ako soja otpada :)&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20432">never-give-up</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9823<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 19:00<br /><br />Evo ovako, znaci zbog svojih zdravstvenih problema receno mi je da u potpunosti izbacim bijeli secer (sto naravno je prihvatljivo), proizvode s kvascem, i sve proizvode od kravljeg mlijeka, znaci ukljucujuci mlijeko,posni,jogurt.. Smijem kozje, tako da cu piti domace kozje i sir kad ga uspijemo kupiti. E sad problem je whey, pretpostavljam da znaci da i njega moram izbaciti. Sad nemam pojma sto da uzmem nakon treninga.. A da nije mlijecno ni whey.. A opet jaja svakog dana mi se ne jedu.. Preporuceno mi je da pijem bademovo i rizino mlijeko, ima li to kakvu hranjivu vrijednost?<br />Ako imate kakav savjet pisite]]>
