Kak vam se cini ovakav dan(obroci)<br />1. Zobene(do 50gr) sa 0.9 jogurtom 3dcl do 5dcl, 10dkg delxe purece sunke, jabuka<br />2. Pureca prsa (cca 200g), integralna tjestenina ili riza(na puno), salata<br />3.150g deluxe purece, salata, jaje<br />4. Pureca prsa(cca 200g), gljive, salata- mozda jaje<br />5. 250g posnog<br /><br />Izmedu 3 i 4 trening recimo leda, ruke(biceps) + trbuh i kad zavrsim to brzo hodanje 15- 20min.<br />]]>

Tu i tamo ubaci šunku, ili komad mesa od dan prije, whey kako je rečeno.....ima brdo varijanti.
