Ono iz trgovine je bliže ovom zadnjem broju, pravo ekstradjevičansko maslinovo ulje je bliže onom prvom, ali ako nemaš nekog tko ga proizvodi, bolje ga zaboravi.<br><br>Kod neke hrane nije toliko bitan postotak linolne kiseline u mastima, ako same masti ne čine velik postotak kalorija. Primjer, jaja. Omjeri su daleko povoljniji kod organskog uzgoja, no kad jedno jaje ima samo 0,7g linolne kiseline, onda to baš i nije bitno. Masnije komade i kožu iz komercijalnog uzgoja peradi izbjegavaj, od toga samo posno meso, a ako se hoćeš zamastit, nabavi domaće pile.<br><br>Kupuj sardine samo u povrću/umaku od rajčice, ili one grozne u slanoj vodi što mirišu na kanticu za kedere. One u ulju su natopljene omegom-6 tako da na pozitivne učinke omege-3 možeš slobodno zaboravit.<br><br>Preporučio bih ti da izbaciš omegu-3 kao suplement i unosiš je samo prehranom, više omege-3 ne znači nužno kvalitetniju prehranu, bolje rezultate ćeš postići ako smanjiš omegu-6.<br><br>100g ribica ~ 1,5g omega-3, kroz ostatak prehrane uneseš još 1g, dakle nekih 2,5g omege-3. To je dovoljno prostora da unos omege-6 smanjiš ispod 10g dnevno i imaš prihvatljiv omjer omega-3:omega-6. <br><br>]]>

Ako nemaš previše vremena, možeš odmah na stranice 60-62.<br><br>Nije toliko bitno imati visok unos omege-3 koliko nizak unos omege-6. Potrpšio sam proljetos 1 litru te tekuće omege i nije bila niš posebno, čak sam stagnirao u to vrijeme jer nisam pazio na unos omege-6. Sad pojedem 100g sardina/papalina/heringi dnevno i izbjegavam sve namirnice s značajnim udjelom linolne kiseline kao kugu i priča funklcionira. 2-3g omege-3 iz hrane, 5-6g omege-6 koje ne mogu izbjeći i to je to.<br>]]>
