Omlet je dobar, sendvič mislim da bi bio bolji da je od integralnog kruha s nekom manje masnijom salamom, tunom, posnim, jajima, nekim povrćem.. Dobro uz to mlijeko ili jogurt može<br />Ubaci međuobrok, možeš isto neki sendvič, voće s posnim, orašastim plodovima, jogurt..&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />Ručak potrudi se da nije baš junk <br />. A u školu nosi nešto od ovoga šta sam ti predložila za međuobroke. Meno je najpraktičniji sendvič ili banana s jogurtom, žitnom pločicom<br />]]>
