Ovisi, ima dobrog izbora, a ujedno i ukusnog koliko god hoćeš, samo volje i malo mašte u kombiniranju. ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20919">JonyBravo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9756<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 23:29<br /><br />Sad kad to tako kažeš vidim i ja da nema!  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" /><br /><br />Musli sa 6 žitarica i voćem.<br />Povrće kao prilog ili u maneštri.<br />Kvalitetnija hrana bi svakako trebala biti!<br />Musli šaka, meso po dva kom, povrće cca dvije velike žlice, 3-4 rižina kolutića (jel ti kolutići što valjaju uopće?)<br />Nisam baš pristalica suplemenata.. <br /><br />U biti problem mi je poslije treninga što neznam što bi pojeo.. nekada sam znao pojesti tri kuhana jajeta a sada većinom pričekam ručak pa njega pojedem. Strah me da mi to sve ne ode prekasno. Npr ako pojedem jaja oko 18-19 nakon treninga onda mi ručak ode za devet naveče.. neznam možda griješim?<br /><br />Što najbolje za večeru?<br />Znam da bi mogao pojačati sa treninzima tj ubaciti koji trening snage ali neki puta se vratim sa posla mrtav.. a imamo i malu bebu.. jedno vrijeme sam trenirao u 11 naveče kad on zaspi ali neznam koliko to ima efekta..<br /><br />..i hvala na dobrodošlici <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Bar okvirno, kroz žlice, šake, štogod je mjerljivo :)) Večera uvijek ista? Iako si u predstavljanju naveo da si kruh zamijenio proteinima, ja baš ni ne vidim te proteine :)) jogurt, abc, riblje paštete....hmm :) Nema kruha ali nema baš ni proteina&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;musli obični?
