Našao sam samo 1 vježbu sa stolcem. Stolac se postavi uza zid, noge na stolcu, ruke na podu (kao da radiš sklek), ali malo vise privučes ruke prema stolcu. Htio bih recimo imati bar 3 vježbe za leđa da si kombiniram. Thx! <br />P.s. Nemam bucice ]]>
