    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9706<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2014 at 13:29<br /><br />Ovako,vjerovatno sljedeći tjedan opet počinjem trenirat(nakon 2 mjeseca stanke),trenirat ću doma i planirao sam raditi ovaj program 3 puta tjedno(pon,sri,pet) http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/exercise-progressions_12.html i cardio 2 puta tjedno(uto,sub) jedan dan intervale marince a drugi dan swingove sa girjom...zanima me kada bi bilo dobro dodati mrtva dizanja u taj moj program,planirao sam staviti svaki dan kad radim snagu tj. ovaj bodyweight jednu varijaciju mrtvog,jedan dan obični,drugi dan rumunjsko i treći dan one leg deadlift ali onda mi to ispadne previše vježbi...da možda radim samo obično mrtvo(koje mi je glavno) i još neku varijaciju koju radim sa manjom kilažom i stavim to prije cardia u dane kad radim cardio tj. da odradim mrtvo pa onda poslije njega cardio ili?Šta vi kažete?<br>]]>
