Ima puno važnijih stvari od izoliranja trbušnih mišića...i njegovog pokazivanja i zatupljenih mišljenja da ćeš postići veći izgled... tj bolji kao i vidiljivost..mada što više izoliram to su mi manji.... tako da što manje ih radim ili uopće ne ..poklapa mi se sa ostatkom tijela.... neka se treniraju u čučnju...&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Bolje to nego svaki dan trbuh...</div>]]>

Tila bi Vas zamolit za pomoc da mi pomognete ako triba nesto prominit u mojoj rutini, neki prijedlog, sugestija ili mozda potpuna promjena programa. <br />Treniram 5-6 puta tjedno,taj 6. trening ako se dogodi odnosi se na lagani cardio od 20 - 25 min <br />Ponediljak: Prsa + biceps + trbusni <br />Utorak: HIIT + leđa <br />Srida: Triceps + gluteus + trbusni <br />Cetvrtak: noge <br />Petak: HIIT + sklekovi/trbusni/cucnjevi<br />]]>
