(bila manekenka svojevremeno)...no..<br><br>mislim da spadam onda u mesomorfa..jer nisam ni endomorf,nemam siroke bokove niti masnih naslaga,bar nisam nikad imala do sad(vecih)..i uvijek sam jela dosta puta na dan..dakle tu spada tih 6-8 obroka..zbog cega su mi stalno govorili da po cijele dane samo jedem jer sam jela non stop a nisam bila debela..<br><br>thx..<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by lulamc</span>]]>

Ima prirodno cvrste kosti, široka leđa i veliki prsnikoš. nizak postotak masti, brz metabolizam koji brzo gradi misice ispaljuje masti.<br><br>Prehrana: Visoko-proteinska i uz otprilike 40% ugljikohidrata, 40%proteina i 20% masti (ovisno o fazi treninga). Paziti na kalorije koje unosi i vrstu hrane. Ugljikohidrati 30% imasti do š5%, a sve ostalo moraju biti proteini. Uzimati puno svjezeg povrca u kojima ima vlakana. Manjkom ugljikohidrata nastojatipotaknuti koristenje masnih naslaga kao gorivo. Jesti 6-8 obrokadnevno.</span></td></tr></table><br>]]>
