    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=59">vice</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 97<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2007 at 21:10<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Stribi bok, </P><P>ako ti cilj poveceti intenzitet treninga, uzmi na dan treninga ca. pola sata prije treninga cisti kreatin monohidrat sa dekstrozom (š:3-5, kre:dex). poslije treninga standardno sto uzimas. dok u dane kada ne treniras, ne nuzno u jutro. kada procijenis da nekih sat-dva neces nista jesti. nadam se da znas da se kreatin ne uzima sa kavom ili mlijekom jer stvara ne topivi talog, pa ce ti biti kao da imas kamen u zelucu. ako uzimas tu kolicinu kreatina, mozes slobodno 3-4 mjeseca, pa napravi pauzu ca. mjesec dana, pa ponovo. obicno takav rezim imaju biciklisti, jer ne bi smjeli povecati masu neko intenzitet i izdrzljivost</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=59">vice</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 97<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2007 at 17:37<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Stribi bok, </P><P>š80 kn i te kako je puno za duplo manju kolicnu nego sto mozes kupiti kreatin monohidrat. caba ima pravo, monohidrat je u svakom slucaju najbolji i ucinak ce ti biti isti (nanje nakupljanje vode) ako nemas strandardno punjenje, nego uzimas 3-5 g kreatin monohidrata na dan. i kod sumeceg i kod obicnog dolazi do nakupljanja vode u stanicu, jer jednostavno kreatin ima takvu posljedicu, ali kako je doza u sumecem duplo manja, manje ce se nakupljati. dakle isto ce biti i kod manjih doza monohidrata&nbsp;</P>]]>
