Nikada se nisam bavila sportom ni išla na aerobik/zumbu/pilates itd. sve do prije 2 mjeseca kada sam prvo krenula mjesec dana u Magic Well (u nadi ne bih li malo ojačala), a sada već mjesec dana idem na Insanity (u prosjeku 3-4 puta tjedno). Planiram nastaviti tim intenzitetom još do kraja kolovoza dok malo ne ojačam, da se ne preforsiram u početku (računam da mi je bitno dovesti se prvo u stanje da mogu sve vježbe pravilno izvesti, a tek onda ubaciti u petu brzinu), a onda od rujna krenuti 5 puta tjedno na Insanity.&nbsp;<br><br>Tijekom lipnja izgubila sam 2 kg (počela sam s 57 kg), 3 cm u struku, 4 cm s trbuha, 1 cm s bokova, po 3 cm na bedrima i (nažalost) 8 cm u prsima. Napisala bih vam sada točne mjere koje su bile kada sam krenula i koje su sada, ali su mi brojevi ostali u Magic Wellu pa ih moram u ponedjeljak tek nazvati da mi pročitaju stare mjere pa da se premjerim sada nakon još mjesec dana treninga, ali sigurno je još cm otišlo jer vidim pomak, a i osjetim po odjeći&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;Nadopunit ću u ponedjeljak ovaj post s točnim podacima&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>Znam da ovo nisu neki veliki rezultati u prvih mjesec dana, ali uzmite u obzir da sam u MW išla 4 puta tjedno po samo pola sata i da mi treninzi nisu bili nešto zahtjevni... ali sam si zato jako sredila prehranu, što znači da sam izbacila sve prženo, sve što ima šećera u sebi (čokolade, bombone, kekse, sokove), alkohol i jedem vrlo malo kruha. Prije toga sam doslovno svaki dan (nažalost) jela po najmanje 100g čokolade/keksa/čokoladnih namaza, ma bilo što slatko&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" alt="Angry" title="Angry" />&nbsp;Sada mi se prehrana bazira na povrću, mesu (piletini i ribi) i voću, a kad me uhvati želja za slatkim, pojedem žlicu meda&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>Ono što me najviše zanima je vaše mišljenje o mom trenutnom jelovniku... Jer, Insanity treninzi su stvarno &nbsp;ntenzivni, trener nas maksimalno ubije svaki puta (i obožavam to!&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;) i nekako se bojim da možda premalo jedem pa da ću umjesto da izgradim mišiće, izgubiti i ono malo mišića što imam&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" alt="Ouch" title="Ouch" /><br><br>Evo mojih najčešćih dnevnih jelovnika, onako napamet koliko se sjećam:&nbsp;<br><br>Doručak : 50g zobenih + malo jogurta + mala žlica meda + banana<br>Međuobrok: voće (2 breskve, 200g jagoda ili što se već nađe) i kava<br>Ručak: 40g riže + file pilećeg bijelog mesa + salata (rajčica + jogurt)<br>Međuobrok: banana<br>Večera: zelena salata + kuhano jaje + tuna&nbsp;<br><br>ili<br><br>Doručak: 1 pecivo + 100g pilećih prsa + jogurt<br>Međuobrok: voće i kava<br>Ručak: tikvica s prosom + file pilećeg bijelog mesa (ili ako baš ne stignem, onda 100g pilećih hrenovki) <br>Međuobrok: banana<br>Večera: 2 kuhana jaja + salata (rajčica i jogurt)<br><br>Ponekad si za ručak napravim salatu od 350g graha, 2 kuhana jaja, tune i limuna pa si to rasporedim tako da imam i za večeru. Često uz piletinu pojedem i salatu od kuhanih mahuna i limuna, koja mi uz kuhano jaje posluži i za večeru. Da ne zaboravih, nađe se tu i kuhani krumpir, domaća juha s povrćem, špinat, cvjetača, borovnice, dinja, lubenica naravno, ma svašta, nastojim jesti što raznovrsnije. Sad kad ovo gledam nekako mi izgleda malo i kao da nešto zaboravljam, ali znam da si svaki dan zbrojim kalorije bar otprilike i to ispadne oko 1300-1400 kcal.&nbsp;<br><br>Pa evo... kako se vama čini?
