Nema smisla raditi ih toliko ... odradi 1-2 tjedno i to je to ...kada imaš odmor imaš odmor :)<div><br></div><div>Ja ti ne bih preporučio split rutinu kao početniku... nego 3 puta tjedno cijelo tijelo... i 1-2 tjedno kardio :) Pa sad ti odluči</div>]]>

(onaj sa youtube.a "8 min abs workout" + bacim 2 serije moutain climbersa ) <br>šta se tiće ostalih vježbi one ne traju duže od 15 min, sad ne znam kolko je normalno da vježba traje ako ti radiš dosta velikim intezitetom.(znoj me počinje derat nakon 5 min)<br>pa prokomentiraj malo :D<br>ps. ovo mi je prvi tjedan tako da još nisam u stanju odredit dali je to to.<br>]]>
