Ali zato je Inzulinska osjetljivost maksimalna...&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Najbolje što možemo je iskoristi iz toga je sljedeće: okej već smo rekli o metabolizmu...sada je vrijeme da ga vratimo "reverse diet" proces gdje ćeš polako povećavati unos kcal,kako bih omogućio tijelu anabolno stanje i počne izgraživati miške ...sve ovisno kako si završio djetu...no evo ja ću ti dati jedan primjer</div><div><br></div><div>3g proteina 1.5UH 0.5M</div><div><br></div><div>Protoše smanjiš za 10 posto Uh povećaš 40 posto masti za 10... smanjiš kardio kako si već napisao ako ga imaš..</div><div><br></div><div>No ne moraš ga do kraja smanjiti..drži tako tjedan dana... i nakon tjedan dana... 10 posto uha i 5 posto masti povisuj.... te odradi 8 tjedana..(tako sam ja) Pa vidi kako ćeš reagirati... moja najveća greška je bila što sam izostavio masti..i neće se ponoviti sljedeći put :)</div><div><br></div><div>Mogu ti reći da tih par kilograma koje ćeš dobiti su vrlo čista eto toliko od mene</div><div><br style=": rgb31, 31, 31;"><br style="color: rgb204, 204, 204; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16.899999618530273px; : rgb31, 31, 31;"></div>]]>
