Ne moguće da baš nemaš vremena 6 sati nešto staviti u usta....<div><br></div><div>Razumijem da je sezona...ali uvijek možeš odvojiti 10 minuta da nešto pojedeš konkretno....a ako stvarno ne možeš..što mi je ne logično.. i čisto sumnjam da je tih 6 sada konstantan rad. Uzmi nešto kao što sam rekao u tekućini...</div><div><br></div><div>Laneno ulje, maslinovo... pij mlijeka...kupi neki supliment sa prehrambeninm dodacima</div>]]>

Bolje onda jedan od ta 2 obroka ubacit između 17 i 23 h. Ako se loše osjećaš i/ili imaš problema s probavom onda možda probaj drugačiji raspored.<br>]]>
