Kontala sam onim vjezbama dodati jos i preskakanje uzeta.. sve ovo zvuci super, samo da uspijem odraditi i izdrzati sve!!  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />]]>

Ero-sa-ovoga, upratih da si u mjesec dana izgubio 4 kg na ovom kucnom programu "5kg masti manje u 5 tjedana", zanima me koliko si pazio na prehranu tijekom programa? Jesi bas isao po programu sve? Tek sam na pocetku tog programa pa me zanima.. a sto se tice treninga, do sad nisam bas nesto vjezbala pa mi i onaj program predstavlja izazov :D<br /><br />p.s. mozda nije mjesto za pitanja, sorry :) ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20263">ero-sa-ovoga</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9562<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2015 at 15:33<br /><br />Nakon navlačenja sa sinusima duži period počeo sam sa treningom.Pošto se uvijek brzo zasitim teretane, odluka je sada pala na bodyweight.Također mi vremenski više odgovara pošto spremam neke ispite.Danas sam odradio drugi trening.Otprilike to izgleda ovako. 17 minuta bez pauze, uspio sam 7 serija gdje sam napravio 70 dubokih čučnjeva, 70 leđnjaka, 64 skleka i 21 zgib.Nakon toga sam u intervalima 40 sec rad, 20 sec pauza radio skip in place i jumping jacks, sve skupa 12 minuta.Sve u svemu, pošteno sam se umorio i oznojio i nisam mogao više od tih 7 serija.E sad, zanima me koliko često bih mogao izvoditi ovakav trening?Da li bi bilo previše 5 dana za redom, pa 2 dana odmora sa obzirom da bi bile iste mišićne skupine aktivirane?Svaki savjet za program treninga je dobrodošao.Utezi ne dolaze u obzir pošto sam zabrijao samo na bodyweight trenutno, što ne znači da neću opet završit u teretani na heavy full body za 2 mjeseca :).]]>
