Kao best buy preporučio bih ti općeprisutni Myprotein.

Miješaj s vodom, možeš i s mlijekom, sve ovisi koji su ti ciljevi, jer ima i mlijeko kalorija.

Ja osobno trenutno pijem proteine s vodom i kokosovim uljem.
