    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9527<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2014 at 11:08<br /><br /><div>Je li tebi dovoljno? :)</div><div><br></div><div>Ako nisi gladan nakon shakea i ideš brzo spavat, ako do kraja dana podmiriš sve što bi trebao i ako ujutro normalno doručkuješ ne biš se trebao zamarati još jednim obrokom, no ako nešto od toga (ili sve) nije tako nebi ti škodilo bar neki posni sir još pojesti (možeš i sa nekim izvorom masti ako ti fali kcal, a mislim da smo u drugom postu zaključili da ti malo fali :)).</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I ako mene pitaš, ako baš želiš da ti to bude zadnji obrok ja bi onda skoro pojela nešto konkretno, a ne ispila shake, prebrzo ispari, a noć je duga :) Ili kako rekoh - shake pa još posni nakon cca 1,5h.</div><div><br></div><div>Sve u svemu, najbitnije je da sveukupno pojedeš dovoljno i kvalitetno, i otreniraš dobro. Kako kaže avangarde, nije svejedno o kakvom se treningu radi. Nije uvijek potrebno 50g dex (pogotovo ako je obrok prije bio krcat uh-ima), niti je po meni uopće sama dex. potrebna. Jedi što bolje tokom dana i treniraj progresivno i pametno - &nbsp;doć će mišićna masa i bez toliko količine šećera.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl - 03&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2014 at 11:10</span>]]>
