    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 951<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2008 at 18:40<br /><br />Ne govorim da unose sintetski proizvedene aminokiseline...naprotiv...<br>studiram farmaciju pa znam i sam&nbsp; radim sinteze aminokiselina,masti i&nbsp; drugih tvari u labaratoriju...sve je to umjetno i ko god misli da&nbsp; time nadomjesta manja tvari na zdrav nacin,nazalost vara se...<br>uostalom,nije problem razgradnja aminokiselina samo misicna deficijencija,vec jos vaznije,stitnjaci manjka tirozina (jer njeni hormoni nastaju iz ostatake te aminokiseline...)<br>stoga oprezno i sa preforsiranim vjezbanjem!<br>]]>

To drugo moze biti ok, ali i krivo ako te odvede od tvoga cilja, dakle tebe. što zelim reci? Trening prilagodjavas sebi, nikome drugom. Jedino ti tu nekakva literatura ili netko iskusan sa savjetom moze pomoci usmjeriti te, nista vise.<br>Naravno da ovo moje pretpostavlja kako vec imas neke temelje iz ovog podrucja. <br><br>I uostalom, imaj onoliko treninga (crobnih ancrobnih) koliko ih mozes kalorijski zadovoljiti. Jak trening, slaba prehrana --&gt; znas kud vec vodi!<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=791">du.forma</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 951<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2008 at 10:43<br /><br />&nbsp;Imate za uzimati amino kao dodatke prehrani, ali ne razumijem cemu 2X45 crobno, 4X tjedno...problem kod pretreniranosti je da dodje do "razgradnje misica", tj. unistavanja esencijalnih aminokiselina,&nbsp;a misic je jako vazan za topljenje masti, sto vise misica, to je veca potreba organizma za energijom, tj, brze se trose energetske zalihe organizma. Mislim da ti je to ipak malo previse treninga, ali ako ti kazes da ti je to ok, onda bih ti preporucio da uzimas amino kao dodatak prehrani, ne koliko oni preporucuju, vec malo&nbsp;manje.]]>
