Ne vjeruj svakakvim istraživanjima :) jaje je jaje..odličan izbor proteina i masti iz žumanjaka :) savršen obrok za ujutro i za večeru kompletan obrok :)<div><br></div><div>Ne bacajte žumanjke! :)) Ako već koristiti bjelanjke kupujte one tekuće :D ja sam u doba kada nisam si mogao priuštiti neki drugi izvor proteina znao dnevno jesti po 12 komada svaki dan ..nikakvi problemi nalazi odlični! :) Neki dan na liječničkom :P</div>]]>

A nikako nemoj toliko smanjivati kalorijski unos jer ces tijelu upravo napraviti suprotno od onog sto zelis. Polako, nista kvalitetno priko noci neces napraviti. :-). po meni to nije nesto  sto ces napraviti i cekati, vec navike koje tribas usvojiti ako mislis kvalitetno poceti ziviti. :-) <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by leona11 - 17&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 13:50</span>]]>
