    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19966">dekipkc20</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9492<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 19:35<br /><br />Ovako imam pitanje za frenda on bi uzimao na sljedeci nacin:<div><br></div><div>Npr omjer unosa proteina dnevno mu je 190g ( supliment whey protein ) npr pio bi mozda 1 mozda niti 1 dnevno ako bi uspio unjeti hranom ovo bi mu tek toliko bilo da nadopuni ako razumijete.Sad me zanima ovaj slucaj ,ako bi vecinu proteina bazirao na whey i stao nakon recimo 4-5 mjeseci i poceo jesti samo iz hrane npr 130 dali bi izgubio snagu u misicima ili pak ne.Ovo pitanje se odnosi i na kreatin kad bi se koristio npr samo 1 mjesec i vise nakon toga nikad dali bi se osjetio "pad" koi se ne osjeti pri koristenju kreatina i isto tako na masi :)</div>]]>
