Bilo bi jednostavno da je stvar misica. Onda bi bodybuilderi bili najbrzi maratonci :) U principu, kardio se u najvecem dijelu svodi na aerobni kapacitet. Nesto malo mozes na njega utjecati slozenim vjezbama ali izolacijskim gotovo nikako.<br />Kao sto Mike kaze, kreni polako i postepeno povecavaj km. Kombiniraj hodanje i trcanje. Neka ti tempo bude takav da mozes najnormalnije pricati na telefon (znaci, jako spor). Cim se zapuses tijelo pocinje postepeno prelaziti iz aerobnog u anaerobni mod. A tim neces napredovati u kardiu.]]>

Ili hodaj na cca 5km/h, ali stavi si nagib na 2-3, pa kasnije makni nagib i kreni trčkarati. <br>]]>

Aktivno vjezbam u teretani vec nekih 9mj, izmrsavila sam i dobivam lijepe misice niti sama nisam znala da postoje kod mene hehe nego ono sto me muci je to sto nemam osjecaj da sam napredovala puno u cardio aktivnostima, tj rekla bih izdrzljivosti. Znaci kada dizem utege znojim se ko stoka, puls mi je ubrzan i sve to podnesem, ali kada dodjem na traku za trcanje muka mi je i jako tesko to podnosim, onako imam osjecaj da ce mi se cijeli sadrzaj zeluca izvrnuti na usta, isto tako kada trcim u prirodi. Nije da sam to jucer pocela raditi tako da ne znam zasto ne mogu napredovati tako lijepo u cardiu, jer s tezinama dapace ide lijepo iz mjeseca u mjesec. Pitam Vas da li je to do nekog stanja u organizmu, da li postoje ljudi koji teze izvode cardio, ima li tu kakvog nacina da se poboljsam? Mislila sam da ce mi misici pomoci za drze izguravam dionice, ali 5km mi je maksimum trenutno... <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by amalia - 09&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 14:47</span>]]>
