Ja isto bolje fokusiram leđa tako..upravo sam danas radiio pull ups nakon veslanja... tako je sa vremenom skužiš u prinsicpu koliko je važan rad prstiju..dlanova..držanje bučice...hvat šiipki za određeni dio tijela koji gađaš...uf kada počneš to otkrivati nigdje više sreće hehehe&nbsp;]]>
